4. Product structure
Five (5) layers of filtering as follows:
- Primary filter layer: Use nylon gauze attached to the honeycomb to filter out large particles such as dander, hair, dust, etc.
- Honeycomb activated carbon filter: with material of high-quality coconut shell activated carbon, it can effectively absorb formaldehyde, benzene, xylene, TVOC in the air to remove cigarettes, garbage and odors
- PCO photocatalyst filter layer: Sponge activated carbon surface sprayed with TiO2 catalyst as material; 254nm cold cathode UV lamp irradiation, it produces a strong catalytic degradation function; it can effectively degrade toxic and harmful gases in the air (formaldehyde, benzene, toluene, xylene, ammonia, TVOC and other pollutants) it has a bactericidal effect on E. coli, Staphylococcus aureus, etc., and It can decompose and harmless the toxins released by bacteria or fungi; it also has the functions of deodorization (cigarette odor, toilet odor, garbage odor, animal odor, etc.), anti- pollution, and air purification.
- Using a cold cathode ultraviolet lamp with a wavelength of 254nm, ultraviolet light of this wavelength itself can destroy the protein layer of most bacteria, and has a strong bactericidal effect; and the life of the cold cathode can generally reach 20000H, which is enough for general use 3-5 years; power consumption is also lower; the lamp tube in this module is specially customized, reaching 180mm.
- Negative ions have a good sterilization and dust reduction function, and are also known as “vitamins in the air” by the medical profession. The negative ion concentration generated by this machine is 3 million pieces / cubic centimeter, which makes the car have a waterfall, forest-like negative ion group. Promote the body’s metabolism, improving immunity, so that people can enjoy the gifts of nature in the elevator. The dust and dust in the air are positively charged. The negative ions themselves have a negative charge, indicating negative charge.
